Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North Ameer and member of central executive council Mohammad Selim Uddin said, “Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami is working to establish a poverty, hunger and discrimination free Islamic state by making a justice based society.”
He today said these as the chief guest while addressing at a meeting in an auditorium of the capital. Mohammadpur west thana of Jamaat Dhaka City North arranged the meeting. Thana Ameer Dr. Shafiur Rahman presided over the meeting. Thana secretary Masudduzzaman conducted it. Md. Ziaul Hasan, zone director and member of working committee of Jamaat Dhaka City North, was the chief guest. Thana Nayeeb-e-Ameer principal Sirazul Islam, thana assistant secretary Ebadat Hossain, working committee member Robiul Islam Rubel, Advocate Taiyebur Rahman, Abul Kalam Azad, Ali Ahammad Mozumdar, word president-word secretary and others were also present in the meeting.
“Allah has bought the lives and properties of believers by Jannat. We are committed to Allah in this matter. By following the conditions of this deal, we can enjoy the eternal happiness of Heaven. There is no alternative but following the rules of Allah (SW) and the ideals of Prophet (SAW) properly in every aspect of life. Basically, the goal of Jamaat-e-Islami is to create such type of environment in the society as well as in the country,” he added.
He urged all leaders and activists of the organization to use their best efforts properly to turn the country into an Islamic welfare state on the basis of justice.
“Members are the highest stage of organization. Members have to play an important role to win Islam victorious. They have to work in the field with courage and patience. They have to sacrifise highest and make an example to save the country and the nation from the tyranny of the government,” he also added.
He also urged all to take oath in a new spirit to establish Islam in the state.
“The government has destroyed democracy and democratic values of the country. They have occupied power again and again through a fraud election. They gave the nation nothing but misrule. They again want to occupy power through a fraud election by digital conspiracy using EVM. But the conscious people will end in smoke their conspiracies In-Sha-Allah,” city Ameer further added.
He urged the government to hold a free, fair and inclusive election under the caretaker government to check the public opinion. Otherwise, people will secure their mass-demand In-Sha-Allah.
“Prime Minister’s recent visit to India is not meaningful for the side of Bangladesh. He has given everything to India. Hasina-Modi signed 7 MoUs but they did not sign The Teesta Treaty. The premier wants to get support from India in the next election and so made a trip to India. This government was not elected by the people and so they do not have any accountabilities to people. This unelected government has to depose from power for the greater interest of the nation and the state,” he again added.
He again urged all political parties to be united to build up a simultaneous movement to dethrone this tyrannical government.
Mohammad Selim Uddin distributed hand cash and provided financial assistance among the small businessmen. He also handed over keys by constructing houses for the homeless people.
