He today made the remarks as the chief guest while addressing at an Iftar mahfil with prominent figures arranged by Jamaat Mirpur thana east. Thana Ameer Sha Alam Tuhin presided over the Iftar party while thana secretary Wahidul Islam conducted it.

Jamaat top leader calls for the establishment of laws of Quran in sphere of individuals, family and state for world peace and security.
If the rules of Quran are prevailed in the country, there will be no corruption, irregularities, misrule, rape and killings in the state. If zakat based financial policy is established, poverty alleviation will be possible. Unemployment problem will reduce. The gap between the rich and the poor will decrease, claims Dr Shafiqur Rahman.
He urges everyone to be united to make the country into an Islamic welfare state.
The country faces turbulence and insecurity as it is ruled by manmade doctrine. The country has turned into a reign of criminals. Jamaat dreams to prevail an Islamic welfare state where everybody will live together peacefully. People will not commit crimes like corruption, extortion, abduction, rape and smuggling. The state will secure people’s fundamental needs like food, cloth, habitation, education and healthcare service, Jamaat Ameer further claims.
