Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central working committee member and Dhaka north city unit’s secretary Dr Muhammad Rezaul Karim claimed, Jamaat has been working to build a discrimination-free country, and for the establishment of human rights and dignity since its establishment.
He urged everyone irrespective of party and thought to work together for the sake of humanity.
He today made these remarks as the chief guest while distributing corrugated iron sheet among flood victims in the Luxmipur’s Chandraganj upazilla. Chandraganj upazilla of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Luxmipur district unit arranged the function. Thana Ameer Mustafa Mollah presided over the function. Thana secretary Rezaul Islam Sumon, Mandari union Ameer Abdul Khaleque, secretary Mahfuzur Rahman, UP member Kawser Hamid among others were present.
Jamaat’s political view is to reduce human sufferings, he further claimed.
He called upon everyone to be united under the banner of Jamaat.
Jamaat is a pro-people political organization. It has been working for the welfare of people, he again claimed.
Jamaat met members of Martyred families in capital’s Rampura
Rampura thana of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka north city unit arranged a view-exchange meeting with Shahid families in the capital. Central Mojlish-e-Shura member and Dhaka north city unit’s assistant secretary Nazim Uddin Mollah was the chief guest. Rampura thana south unit’s acting Ameer Maulana Abdul Latif presided over the meeting while secretary advocate Khalid Saifullah Tarek conducted it. Jamaat gave hand cash to members of martyred families here.
Members of martyred families and Jamaat-Shibir men were present on the meeting.
