Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central working committee member and Dhaka north city unit’s secretary Dr Muhammad Rezaul Karim urged the activists of the party to keep prepared for accepting sacrifices for the sake of Islam and Islamic movement in the country. He mentioned that Laxmipur is a sacred land for Islamic movement. Many embraced martyrdom including Dr Foyez for the establishment of Islam here.
He today made these remarks as the chief guest while speaking a ward-level meeting at the Alia Madrasha premises in Luxmipur. Luxmipur city Ameer Abul Farah Nishan presided over the meeting while secretary Maulana Johirul Islam conducted it. Jamaat Luxmipur district Ameer S U M Ruhul Ameen Buhyan, district assistant secretary Maulana Nasir Uddin Mahmud, district Labor Welfare Federation president Mumin Ullah Patwary spoke as the special guests. Hundreds of Jamaat men joined the meeting.
Rezaul Karim emphasized if we would stay united, no one can snatch away our victory.
Though the country becomes autocracy-free, our struggle was not ended. Fascist agents are still active in public administration, police, judiciary and other sectors, he alleged.
He demanded the ousters of fascist agents from different state organs.
