Abdur Rahman Musa, member of Jamaat central working committee and Dhaka North City unit’s nayeb-e-Ameer, urged the activists of Jamaat to play an uncompromised role in the field for making a happy and prosperious country free from hunger and poverty.
He today made the appeal as the chief guest while addressing a unit-level program in the capital’s Mirpur. Mirpur thana north unit of Jamaat Dhaka north city aranged the conference. Thana Ameer Monirul Islam Mridha presided over the conference while secretary Rafiqul Islam Rimon moderated it. Dr Fakharuddin Manik, member of Jamaat central mojlish-e-shura and Dhaka north city unit’s assistant secretar, and Maulana Dr Habibur Rahman spoke as the special guests. Thana nayeb-e-Ameer M M Liakot Ali among others were present.
“Jamaat is a very strong political force in Bangladesh. Thousands of people are joining Jamaat. People want Jamaat in power,” he claimed.
“Jamaat activists should be acquired some qualities to lead the country,” he added.
Jamaat Uttara model thana held a unit president-secretary conference. Thana Ameer advocate Ibrahim Khalil presided over the conference. Thana secretary conducted it. Many local Jamaat activists joined it.
Jubo Kallan Parishod of Jamaat Dhaka north city unit arranged a football tournament and distributed prize among the winners in the capital’s Gulshan. Hundreds of people including Jamaat men were present here.
