Jamaat’s central executive council member and Dhaka north city unit’s Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin urged to the members of the organization to work together for the sake of humanity.
Addressing the members of the party as the key force, he said, “Members are the soul of our organization.”
He yesterday night made these remarks as the chief guest while addressing the members at the Prince Chinese Restaurant in the capital’s Mirpur. Mirpur, Kafrul, Pallabi and Gulshan zone of Jamaat Dhaka north city jointly arranged the conference. Jamaat’s central working committee member and Dhaka north city unit’s nayeb-e-Ameer Abdur Rahman Musa presided over the conference while Dr Fakharuddin Manik, assistant secretary of Dhaka north city unit, conducted it.
Professor Dr Abul Ehasan presented the interpretation from the Holy Quran. Dr Muhammad Rezaul Karim, secretary of Jamaat Dhaka north city unit, spoke as the special guest. Jamaat Dhaka north city unit’s working committee member Yeasin Arafat, Nasir Uddin, Ataur Rahman Sarker, Sha Alam Tuhin, Muhammad Shahidullah among others were present.
“The country has become fascism and misrule free on August 5 by a successful mass revolution. As a result, people become optimists. Jamaat also played an important role with student-people’s movement. All anti-fascist political parties are the part of this revolution,” he added.
Selim Uddin emphasized on quality leadership and said, “Jamaat has been working to establish a society based on the rules of Holy Quran since its establishment. There is no alternative to create skilled, efficient and quality leadership for leading the country.”
