Jamaat’s central executive council member and Dhaka north city unit’s Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin urged everyone irrespective of party affiliations and thought to work together for building a country free from poverty, corruption, hunger and misrule.
Addressing the youth as the future leaders of the country, he said, “Youth of today will lead the nation tomorrow.”
He yesterday said these as the chief guest while addressing the youth rally in the capital’s Banani. Banani thana of Jamaat Dhaka north city unit arranged the rally. Banani thana Ameer Mizanur Rahman Khan presided over the rally while secretary Maulana Abdur Rafi moderated it. Jamaat’s central Mojlish-e-Shura member and Gulshan zone’s director Yeasin Arafat spoke as the special guest. Gulshan thana Ameer and others also spoke.
“Youth made the recent July-August Revolution a success. They should be employed. They should be trained too,” he added.
“Most of the youth of the country are unemployed. Unemployment in the country has been increased due to wrong policy of the fallen dictator,” Selim Uddin alleged.
Selim Uddin claimed that they had taken many steps to create employment in the country.
