Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central executive council member and Dhaka City North unit’s Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin provided hand cash to members of four martyred families at Bianibazar upazila in Sylhet. Social worker and teacher Fazle Karim presided over the program. Bianibazar upazila Ameer Maulana Faizul Islam, municipality Ameer Maulana Zamir Hossain, municipality councilor Saiful Islam Sayek were present on the program. Each of the four martyred families was provided one lakh taka.
The government was ousted as they wanted to stop the rational movement of students by repression. Social justice and human rights, which were not established in last 53 years, should be ensured. People and their belongings should be protected. The martyrs of anti-discrimination students’ movement are our national heroes. They are the heroes of the second liberation war.
Selim Uddin condemned the attack on Bangladesh Army in Gopalganj by the supporters of fascist Hasina.
He urged students and mass people to stand against anarchy and terrorism. He also paid tribune to martyrs and conveyed deep sympathy to bereaved family members.
Students of today are the future of the country. They sacrificed their lives for the sake of the country and the nation. They taught us that injustice would never be everlasting and a united nation can do many things. But a group of evil people is making conspiracy to pollute students-public victory. The fascist force did not stop their evil works.
He urged all to work together irrespective of religion, caste and community to keep the victory intact.
The Jamaat leader called upon all to be prepared for keeping safety and security of independence and sovereignty of the country.

City secretary met severely injured college student Raihan’s family members.

Raihan was severely wound by Chhatra League terrorists and police during anti-discrimination students’ movement. City secretay inquired about the treatment of injured Raihan, expressed his condolences to the family and prayed for his speedy recovery. Central Mojlish-e-Shura member and Dhaka City North unit’s assistant secretary Mahfuzur Rahman, Mirpur thana north Ameer Amirul Islam Mridha, nayeb-e-Ameer M M Liakot Ali, thana secretary Rafiqul Islam Rimon were present on that time. City Ameer provided financial support to Raihan’s family on behalf of Jamaat Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman for better treatment.
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Tejgaon thana activists have kept night vigil at Nakhalpara, Arjotpara, Shahinbag, Lichibagan, Rasulbag in order to protect security. Thana Ameer Hafeez Ahasanullah led the team. Thana secretary and others joined the team.
