Kamrul Hasan, Lalmatia 32 number ward secretary of Mohammadpur thana east of Jamaat Dhaka City North, passed away at a hospital in Dhaka while undergoing treatment (Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raziun). Falling from the roof of a house, he breathed his last at 10:30pm yesterday. He was 44. He left his wife, a daughter, a son and a host of relatives and well-wishers. Manikganj was his home district.
His namaz-e-janaza was held at Bilnail village of Geor of Manikganj district. Then he was buried at their family graveyard. Jamaat Manikganj district Ameer Kamrul Islam, nayeb-e-Ameer Delware Hossain, Mohammadpur thana east Ameer Moshiur Rahman, secretary Anisur Rahman and others were present on the Janaza prayer.
Condolence message
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central executive member and Dhaka City North unit Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin and secretary Dr Muhammad Rezaul Karim expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Kamrul Hasan.
“He was a frontline activist of Islamic movement. He was a dedicated soul to establish Islam. We lost a sincere and dedicated soul,” the city leaders added.
City leaders prayed to the court of Almighty Allah for eternal peace of the departed soul. They also conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family.
