Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central Mojlish-e-Shura member and Dhaka City North unit’s assistant secretary Nazim Uddin Mollah said, “Ramadan, a month of blessings, mercy and redemption from Hellfire, has already gone. The nation celebrated Eid but the oppressed did not. The prices of essentials were up in the month of Ramadan.”
He urges everyone to work together to increase the spirit of the movement against the fascist government.
He today said these as the chair while speaking at an Eid reunion event in Rampura of the capital. Rampura and Badda zone of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North unit arranged the event. Jamaat Dhaka City North unit’s Mojlish-e-Shura member Kutubuddin, engineer abdur Rashid, Muhammad Abul Bashar, Shahab Uddin Ahammad and others were present on the event.
“One-party ruling is going on in the country by the name of democracy. There is no alternative but democracy at the moment for the sake of people,” the Jamaat leader added.
He further urges to the nation to be united to restore democracy in the country.
