Fazilatunnesa, member (Rokon) of Gulshan thana east female unit of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North, died at 6:pm yesterday (30 March) at a hospital in the capital under treatment – Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raziun. She left behind her husband, 2 daughters and a host of relatives and well-wishers.
The deceased’s burial prayer (namaj-e-janaja) was held at Kalachandpur Dakhil Madrasha campus in Comilla at 11:pm yesterday. Then the deceased was buried at their family graveyard. Jamaat Dhaka City North unit’s Mojlish-e-Shura member and Gulshan thana east Ameer Abu Zunayed, thana Mojlish-e-Shura member Abdul Mutaleb Moin, Maulana Omor Farukh, Abu Doya, Mohammad tiplu and others were present on the burial prayer.
Condolence message
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central executive member and Dhaka City North unit’s Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin and secretary Dr Muhammad Rezaul Karim expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Fazilatunnesa.
In a joint condolence message, expressing deep shock and sorrow the two leaders said, “The deceased was the frontline fighter of Islamic movement. She was a sincere and dedicated soul to establish Islam.”
City leaders prayed to the court of Almighty Allah for eternal peace of the departed soul. They also conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family.
