Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central Mojlish-e-Shura member and Dhaka City North unit’s assistant secretary Nazim Uddin Mollah said, “The goal of Jamaat politics is to work for the sake of masses. Jamaat has been working for the sake of marginalized people. It the continuity that we are handing over rickshaws to the poor. Our efforts will continue In-Sha-Allah.”
He urged the wealthy people of the society including government to come forward to assist the poor and helpless people of the country.
He today said these as the chief guest while handing over rickshaws to the poor at Rampura in the capital. Rampura thana south of Jamaat Dhaka City North arranged the event. Thana Ameer engineer Abdur Rashid presided over the event. Thana secretary advocate Khaled Saifullah Tarek and others were present on the event.
“The state will solve all the problems of the citizens. But people are being deprived of the welfare of the state as it is not a welfare state. The government is not working for the sake of people. This government does not represent people. So, we have to establish an Islamic welfare state,” the Jamaat leader added.
He urged everyone to be united under the banner of Jamaat for establishing a society based on justice.
