Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central working committee member and Dhaka City North unit’s secretary Dr Muhammad Rezaul Karim urged the manpower of the organization to gain knowledge and qualities of leadership to face the challenges of the current century.
“We have to bear in mind that knowledge is power. We, human being, are the representatives of Allah (SW),” he added.
Man is the best creation of Allah. We have to ordain Al-Ma’roof and forbid Al-Munkar. Allah says, “You (true believers in Islamic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad and his Sunnah) are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma‘roof (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden), and you believe in Allah.” [Aal ‘Imraan 3:110]
He today (on Friday) said these as the chief guest while speaking at a thana Shura, thana working committee and ward fellow brother meeting in the capital. Mohammadpur Moddha thana of Jamaat Dhaka City North arranged the meeting.
Jamaat Dhaka City North unit’s Mojlish-e-Sura member and thana Ameer Moshiur Rahman presided over the meeting. Jamaat central Mojlish-e-Shura member Ziaul Hasan, Dr Habibur Rahman were the special guest. Thana secretary Maruf, finance secretary Farhad Hossain and others were present on the meeting.
Dr Rezaul Karim urged to everyone to be united for making a revolution successful.
“Jamaat is an organization of building human’s good character and morals. Members (Rokons) are the foundation of this organization. Everyone should be followed the commitment of oath. This oath will help us go to Jannath (Heaven),” city secretary further added.
Then, he indicated to the present political crisis and said, “The nation is facing a serious crisis. The government had turned the country into a BaKSAL state.”
He urged all to work together to build up the country into an Islamic welfare state.
