Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami central working committee member and Dhaka City North unit’s acting Ameer Abdur Rahman Musa commented that Awami League’s illegal avarice to power had turned the country into a deep crisis.
He urged the members of the organization to be united in the field to face the conspiracies of the government against country, nationhood, democracy, Islam and Islami values.
He today said these as the chief guest while speaking at an annual member meeting in an auditorium in the capital. Bhatara thana of Jamaat Dhaka City North arranged the meeting. Thana Ameer advocate Rezaul Karim presided over the meeting. Thana secretary Muhammad Abdullah conducted it. Jamaat central Mojlish-e-Shura member and Dhaka City North unit’s assistant secretary Nazim Uddin Mollah was the special guest. Bhatara thana former Ameer K U Ahammad, thana publicity secretary Ahammad Ozayer, social welfare secretary Maulana Abul Kashem, office secretary Abdul Baten and others were present on the meeting.
“Awami League has destroyed democracy and democratic institutions of the country. The government has killed the national leaders one after one to make the country leaderless,” the Jamaat leader alleged.
‘Islam is a complete code of life,’ he added.
He stressed on studying the Holy Quran and the Hadith regularly.
Nazim Uddin Mollah urged everyone to come forward to establish a society based on justice.
