Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North media and publicity secretary Muhammad Ataur Rahman Sarker said, “Awami mafias are dreaming a day dream to come to power for holding another one-sided farcical election. But their dream will never come true.”
He demanded the immediate withdrawal of Awami subservient election schedule, the resignation of incumbent government, the formation of election-time caretaker government. Otherwise, people will oust the fascist government.
Ataur Rahman Sarker today said these while speaking at a post-procession rally in Farmgate area of the capital. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North brought out a procession supporting the ongoing blockade program in the capital. Ataur Rahman Sarker led the procession. Dhaka City North Mojlish-e-Shura member Noman Ahamodi, Monir Ahammed, Mia Mohammad Toufique and others were present on the procession.
“Awami League and democracy are opponents. Awami League were never democratic; they were BaKSAL supporters. They banned all political parties in the countries after the liberation war,” Mr. Sarker added.
Kafrul thana activists of Jamaat Dhaka City North brought out a procession supporting the ongoing blockade program in the capital. Jamaat Dhaka City North Mojlish-e-Shura member Dr. Habib led the procession. Abu Tayeb, labor leader Mizanur Rahman, student leader Raju Ahammed, Jamaat leader Ashiqur Rahman, Nurul Ameen and others were present on the procession.
Jamaat Mohammadpur thana activists brought out a procession supporting today’s blockade program. Mohammadpur thana west secretary of Jamaat Dhaka City North Masuduzzaman led the procession. Thana working committee member Ruhul Ameen, Shahabuddin Mizan, Maruf Billah, Hafeez Sikder and others were present on the procession.
Jamaat Mirpur thana activists observed the ongoing blockade program in Mirpur area of the capital. Jamaat Dhaka City North Mojlish-e-Shura member Mohammad Nakib, Jamaat leader Ferdous Ahammad, youth leader Rimon Hossain, student leader Hisham, Imran, Asaduzzaman and others were present on the program.
Jamaat Uttara thana west activists brought out a procession supporting the ongoing blockade in the capital. Jamaat Dhaka City North Mojlish-e-Shura member S K Raton led the procession.
Jamaat Rampura thana activists brought out a procession supporting the ongoing blockade program in the capital. Jamaat Dhaka City North Mojlish-e-Shura member and Rampura thana Ameer Abu Akash led the procession. Thana Nayeb-e-Ameer Abu Tamim, thana secretary Abu Saifullah, labor leader Sirajullah, thana Shibir president Naimuddin and others were present on the procession.
