Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North secretary and member of central working committee Dr. Muhammad Rezaul Karim, “When all classes of people irrespective of religion, caste and community will be self-reliant, it will possible to make a prosperous nation free from hunger and poverty. Jamaat has been working tirelessly to reach this goal.”
He today said these as the chief guest while distributing hand cash among the underprivileged and marginalized people in Khilkhet of the capital. Khilkhet thana of Jamaat Dhaka City North arranged the event. Thana Ameer Sarder MA Kader presided over the event. Thana secretary Mohammad Salimullah, Maulana Mohammad Yousuf, coordinator of Ulema department and others were also present in the event.
“Population is not a problem; we have to turn them into wealth. Man is not only born with hunger but also has two strong hands for work. Government will take necessary steps to alleviate poverty from the country. People are being deprived of service as the country is not a welfare state. In this situation, we are trying our level best to stand with you with our limited abilities. Jamaat will take effective measures to remove unemployment from the country if people elected Jamaat for ruling the state,” Jamaat leader added.
City secretary urged everyone to work together under the banner of Jamaat to turn the country into a welfare state.
One-point movement with the goal to remove Awami League from the power has been started across the country. Vote rigging elections will never be allowed in the country.
He demanded the immediate resignation of the government. He also urged to the government to hand over power to caretaker government.
