Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami acting Ameer professor Mujibur Rahman said, “Allah announced that There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often. Prophet Muhammad (SA) was the live Quran. So, we have to the ideals of Prophet Muhammad (SA) for the peace of this earth and emancipation of Hereafter.”
He called upon all to follow the path of Prophet Muhammad (SA) to strengthen the ongoing movement.
He today said these as the chief guest while speaking at a virtual discussion meeting titled ‘Prophet’s (pbuh) Biography’ in the capital. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North arranged it.
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North acting Ameer Abdur Rahman Musa presided over the meeting. Secretary dr. Muhammad Rezaul Karim conducted it. A NM Shamsul Islam, former MP and Nayeeb-e-Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Maulana Abu Taher Muhammad Masum, acting secretary general of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, assistant secretary general and former MP A H M Hamidur Rahman Azad, Maulana Abdul Halim were the special guests. Engineer Gulom Mustafa, Nayeeb-e-Ameer of Jamaat Dhaka City North and member of central Mojlish-e-Shura, Mahfuzur Rahman, assistant secretary of Jamaat Dhaka City North and member of central Mojlish-e-Shura, Nazim Uddin Mollah, Dr. Fakharuddin Manik were also present in the discussion meeting. Singers sang Islamic songs in the discussion meeting.
Professor Mujibur Rahman quoted the verse number 56 of Surat Al-Ahzab of the Holy Quran. Here Allah (SW) said, “Indeed, Allah showers His blessings upon the Prophet, and His angels pray for him. O believers! Invoke Allah’s blessings upon him, and salute him with worthy greetings of peace.”
“Prophet Muhammad (SA) was a social reformer. He established an Islamic welfare state solving all types of problems in Arab. He established ‘Hillful Fuzul’ a peace organization, for social reform before attaining Prophethood,” professor Mujibur Rahman again added.
“The life of mecca of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was very long. He reached at that time the Dawah of Islam to door to door. Here He faces many obstacles. Then, he migrated from Mecca to Madina,” Maulana A N M Shamsul Islam added.
Maulana Abu Taher Muhammad Masum quoted, “There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.”
“The life of Madina of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was revolutionary. He uprooted the system of anarchy from Jajiratul Arab. He formed a state of peace,” A H M Hamidur Rahman Azad added.
“Prophet Muhammad (SA) was the last Prophet. He is the Prophet. We have to follow Him,” Maulana Abdul Halim added.
“Allah (SW) has sent Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as blessing to us. We have to follow the ideals of Prophet Muhammad (SA) in all spheres of life,” Abdur Rahman Musa added as the chair.
