Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North secretary and member of central working committee Dr. Muhammad Rezaul Karim visited the Mohammadpur Krishi Market area which was burnt yesterday night. The city secretary visited the fire affected area that time and had talked with the fire victims. He then expressed deep sympathy to the victims. The Jamaat leader urged them to be patient in danger and assured all possible cooperation.
Ziaul Hasan, member of working committee of Jamaat Dhaka City North, renowned advocate Azahar Ali Munsi, M Shamim, Ameer of MohammadPur thana and others were also present.
‘Danger comes from Allah. It is one sort of test. One should not be impatient in this time,’ he added.
He urged all to take mental preparations to overcome this danger.
The fire incident has increased across the country including Dhaka city. Unplanned urbanization, lack of public awareness and lack of proper use of technology in fire fighting are responsible for fire incidents.
He urged the government to form an immediate inquiry committee to find out the actual cause of fire incident.
He also called upon the government, political parties, humanitarian organizations and wealthy people of the society to come forward to assist the fire victims.
