Mirpur thana east of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North arranged a preparation meeting to succeed August 1 Dhaka rally. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami will hold a rally at the north gate premises of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque on August 1 to press home the demands for establishing election-time caretaker government, release of national leaders including Jamaat Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, control of price hike of essentials. Dr. Fakharuddin Manik, member of central Mojlish-e-Shura and assistant secretary of Jamaat Dhaka City North, was the chief guest. Thana Nayeeb-e- Ameer Anisur Rahman, secretary Wahidul Islam Sadi, finance secretary Abdul Awal, members of thana working committee and Mojlish-e- Shura and others were also present.
The chief guest urged the city residents to succeed the August 1 Dhaka rally.
