Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North acting Ameer and member of central working committee Abdur Rahman Musa said, “Allah (SW) has made it mandatory for us to strive for the establishment of Islam. So, there is no scope to be inactive for the activists of Islamic movement.”
He welcomed the former members of student movement into the greater movement. He also called upon all to play a significant role on the streets ignoring all obstacles.
He today said these as the chair while addressing at a reception event with the former members of student movement into the greater movement at an auditorium in the capital. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North organized the event. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dhaka City North secretary and member of central working committee Dr. Muhammad Rezaul Karim, Dr. Fakharuddin Manik, member of central Mojlish-e-Shura and assistant secretary of Jamaat Dhaka City North, Yeasin Arafat, member of central Mojlish-e-Shura, Sitazul Islam, member of Mojlish-e-Shura of Jamaat Dhaka City North and others were also spoke in the event.
“The nation is crossing a serious crisis. An undemocratic and fascist force is ruling the country and the nation. Unbridled corruption, looting, killings, terrorism, anarchy, enforced disappearance, abduction and assassination have crossed all limits of past due to misrule. The government has killed the scholars and leaders of Islamic movement in a planned way to destroy Islam and Islamic values of the country. The new generation should be played a role of pioneers to face the misrule, torture and persecution of the government,” he added.
The government has destroyed the democracy and democratic institutions of the country in a planned way. They [government] are farcing in the name of elections. They want to arrange an election of vote rigging again. But the patriotic people will never allow their hypocrisy.
He urged to the government to immediately hand over power to caretaker government. Otherwise, they have to suffer a lot.
