“Though Eid means joy, the joy of Eid this year has not been universal and meaningful. The observance of fasting of common people during the holy month of Ramadan has not been uninterrupted due to unbridled inflation. Though the affordability of common people has been decreased, the price of daily necessaries has been increased in a large scale. Common people did not manage their foods and clothes,” he added.
He urged the government including the wealthy people of the society and leaders and activists of the organization to come forward to make the joy of Eid to all classes of people. Otherwise, the joy of Eid will remain dull for the common people.
“This month is the month of prayer acceptance and redemption from Hellfire. Fasting has become mandatory for us so that we can earn Takwa (fear of Allah) Allah said, ‘O you who believe! Observing As-Saum (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqoon (the pious)’. This is the month of self-purification. We have to self-criticize what we have earned from this month,” acting Ameer also added.
“Ameer-e-Jamaat Dr. Shafiqur Rahman who has been imprisoned unjustly is an honest and clean politician. If he had been free, he would have guided us for the welfare of the state and the nation. He has sent necessary guidance to us though he is imprisoned. According to his guidance, we have met with you. All should work together for the welfare of this area in the next,” A R Musa further added.
“The country and the nation are being deprived of the service of Ameer-e-Jamaat as he is unexpectedly imprisoned. City Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin has also been imprisoned,” he again added.
Abdur Rahman Musa urged to the government to immediately and unconditionally release all national leaders including Jamaat Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman and City Ameer Mohammad Selim Uddin. He demanded the resignation of the government. he also urged to the government to handover power to caretaker government.
